Can I only get the colours shown on the webpage?
No, we have literally hundreds of colour options available through our custom order process.

How long have you been in business?
American Retro Furniture has been around since 2007, Under new ownership from April 2016 and renamed American Retro Imports Ltd T/A American Retro Furniture.

Do you import any of your products?
Yes, all our products are manufactured in and imported from America.

I am unsure of what colour would suit my room, are you able to help me choose a colour combination?
OF COURSE! Go to our contact page and fill in the form and we will call you.

Can I get a discount?
Not on a single product, however we can accommodate if you purchase a large quantity.

Are freight costs high?
Freight cost vary especially to rural addresses, however once we have your address we can work out the best delivery cost with our freight company.

Note. Freight will not be calculated at Checkout. We will invoice you separately. Please contact us before ordering if you require a "Freight Quote" 

Can you install?
Yes we can, depending on your location.  Please feel free to contact us if you wish to discuss.

What types of payment do you take?
Credit Card (Fees Apply), Direct Credit (Bank Deposit), EFTPOS (at our showroom).

Do you offer a layby service?
We sure do!  All we require is a 50% deposit confirming your order and you have up to 12 weeks to pay.

What are terms of trade?
We require a 50% deposit confirming your order and the remaining 50% before shipment which is up to 12 weeks if not in stock ( but worth the wait!! )
